Utah- Learning the Basics

October 9, 2012 / Uncategorized

During my stay in Utah I had the chance to shadow my FAVORITE photographer
Rebekah Westover!! I was able to tag along for two photo shoots, this was a dream come true for a wanna be photographer like me!! The night before our first shoot I didn’t sleep a lick, It literally felt like Christmas morning…I was SO excited!

As you can see we were lucky enough to have such gorgeous models making our job a breeze to capture. Rebekah is SO amazing, I had the BEST day getting to be her side kick. Some things I learned along the way
#1. Confirmed my theory that everyone in Utah is drop dead Gorg.
#2.Photography is way harder than you think( to do it right).
#3. I have NO clue how these ladies have 5+ kids and still have it together.
#4. I have so much more to learn, but I’m so excited to start practicing!
Here are a few shots I got during the process…still figuring out all my settings but not too shabby for a rookie;)
