Della's Big Girl Room - McKenna Bleu

It’s hard to believe my baby isn’t a baby anymore. Looking back at her nursery brings me so much joy thinking of all the memories these four walls have been filled with over the past two and half years. Like anything, comes change. We recently transitioned her into her big girl room complete with the most gorgeous seashell inspired queen bed and this beautiful beach painting. She did really well adjusting to her new space and absolutely loves her new big girl room. It’s the sweetest scene walking past her room seeing her tucked into her covers at night.

This room was complete with the help of our friends at Meadow Blu! When I was searching for beds for her room I came across this cream upholstered shell inspired bed and knew it would be the perfect addition to her coastal room. The low platform works great and makes it easy for her to get in and out of her bed on her own. I also loved this beach art print, allowing me to pull more colors into her space. With the wallpaper being so busy I knew I needed to keep the rug neutral but I wanted something a little fun and a touch of girly.
