Sharing the nursery I designed for my best friend and her sweet new addition, baby Nixon! I loved working on this project, coming from super pink nursery (my daughter’s room) to this calming space with filled with blues and lots of texture it was a nice change.
I knew I wanted to use Million Dollar Baby products as we have loved ours from Della’s space. This Winston crib in the brushed vintage gold was the focal point against our navy walls. The great thing about this crib it converts to a toddler bed so Nixon will have this bed to grow with him in his many stages!
We decided on the neutral Crawford swivel glider from Million Dollar Baby for late night feeds and pre bedtime stories. I love keeping big items like this neutral in your space for the ability to repurpose for future use after the baby stage is over. A great item to add to your master bedroom or guest room space in addition to your nursery.
One of my favorite Million Dollar Baby items is the Tanner Dresser. The cognac leather pull handles adds the perfect unique touch and texture to the space. The colors pair well with our blue and neutral tones throughout the room.
For a little extra dim lighting we added this Owen light from Lights.com. Simple and elevated light dresses up the space and adds warmth to the room. Having an option for a dim light during middle of the night feedings is key without having to turn on the ceiling light.
We sourced the curtains and artwork from Target and other specialty items were found at Homegoods. I couldn’t be happier with how this room turned out. I know it’s a fan favorite room in my best friends home and I think Nixon thinks it’s pretty cool too!
