Who doesn’t love a good bar cart? Especially when it’s this stylish South Seas Bar Cart option from Serena and Lily! It’s the perfect size, has wheels and made of a beautiful neutral rattan material.
This entertaining essential also doubles as a fabulous console table making it a great versatile piece. The handwoven rattan details bring out the coastal textures that complements our home perfectly. This bar cart was on my wishlist for a long time so when we purchased this home I knew it would make a great investment piece as we like to entertain our family and friends often.
The wheels on this cart make it easy to move around your home whether your entertaining or styling it in your entryway. Especially now that we have our patio ready to enjoy, having the ability to roll this bar cart out for extra beverage storage is great.
Measuring at 40” wide it offers more space than your average bar carts on the market. The rail on the bottom keeps bottles and barware in place and give it a more polished look. Did I mention they also have this bar cart in a smaller option? Perfect for small spaces or great use as a nightstand.
I love finding new ways to utilize my bar cart so I wanted to share a few of my favorites ways I’ve styled this South Seas Bar Cart in our home this past year! Which one is your favorite?
1. Clean and Simple:
I wanted to keep this look clean and simple by just adding art. The woven texture from the rattan cart complainant the Gray Malin artwork perfectly. You could easily add a few more elements to enhance this look yet still keeping it simple. My suggestion would be a stack of neutral coffee table books, a candle and some fresh flowers.
2. Coastal Bedroom Console:
When we have guest staying with us I like to use this bar cart to offer items they might need to make their stay more enjoyable. Fresh towels, washcloths and extra pillows. Having this bar cart second as a linen cart is an unexpected treat to welcome your guests.
3. Create a beautiful entryway:
As I mentioned previously, this bar cart is great due to its versatility. It makes a beautiful entryway console. A few of my favorite items to add is fresh flowers, candles, art, books, decorative accents (my favorite being seashells) and personal framed photos. Making a beautiful statement as you enter your home.
4. Traditional Bar cart:
Hosting friends and family for a special event or do you like to display an assortment of your favorite cocktails? Utilizing this bar cart for it’s true purpose, pop fizz clink! My husband has a handful of bourbon favorites he likes to display along side my favorite wine and champagne I keep on hand. I’m our house we like to celebrate the life often especially with our loved ones by our side so having this bar cart stocked at all times is key!
5. Let’s Celebrate:
We just celebrated our daughters first birthday a few weeks ago for her “Shellabrate” theme. I used the South Seas bar cart for her birthday set up. It was perfect display her cake, party favors and other decorative accents. Again, sharing how nice it is to have a piece of furniture that can easily move around your home or any event.
