Happy New Year Friends! I’m excited to be moving into my first townhouse soon so I wanted to share my inspiration stages. If you are anything like me it’s easier to have a visual to help design your space. These aren’t professional but just helpful mood boards of the direction I’m going with for each room. I think it’s fun to share the vision before it’s in the actual space and then update you on what changes I made along the way as it comes to life in the home.
The image above was my first draft of ideas. I love the idea of adding pops of navy, texture and natural fibers for the main living room/dinning room level.
Below is my current room breakdown:
First floor consists of an entry way and a guest room/bathroom
- Hudson Valley Lighting Flush Mount Chandelier
- West Elm Mirror
- Anthropologie Waterfall Console Table (purchased at the outlet, @FinalcutGA)
- Anthropologie Rug (purchased at the outlet, @FinalcutGA)
- Coffee Table Book
- Anthropologie Hooks (might do matte black instead, haven’t decided)
- Diptype Baies Candle (obsession
- Hudson Valley Lighting
- Uttermost Mirror
- Anthropologie Dresser + Nightstand in the color mint (purchased at the outlet, @FinalcutGA)
- Pillow inspo
- Gray Malin artwork
- Calvin Klein Rug via Nourison Rugs
- Loom Decor Curtains
Moving to the second level, it’s a full open concept layout! Large living room, kitchen and dinning room + powder bath.
Lennar Home motto is everything is included so lucky for me the cabinet + black splash are already amazing color combos. I love the light grey paired with a bright white. I’m adding new pendents from Hudson Valley Lighting just to make my space my own along with black matte Emtek hardware.
- Hudson Valley Lighting Pendents
- Joss & Main Barstools
- Emtek Hardware
- Rugs USA Antelope Runner (out of stock)
- Hudson Valley Lighting Chandelier (in love)
- Nadeau Furniture Farmhouse Table + matching bench on one side
- Rugs USA Cowhide
- Rugs USA Bleached Jute Rug
- Safavieh Chairs, still haven’t decided if I’m 100% on these…I may want white chairs instead?
- Lovesac Sactional
- Pillow from Defined Designs (she’s doing most of the pillows in the house!)
- Joybird Ottoman, color will be off white
- Joybird Collins Chairs
- Loloi Rug, via Magnolia Home
- Pier One Mirror
Fabric combination we chose for living room pillows, available soon here
Powder Bath Ideas, still undecided on the direction I want to go in. Love both of these wallpaper options. What do you like better?
Option 1- Hudson Valley Lighting | cB2 mirror | Anthropologie wallpaper
Option 2- Hudson Valley Lighting | One Kings Lane Mirror | Navy Grasscloth wallpaper
The third floor is double master bedrooms, one with a sitting area which will double as my office space. These rooms can’t be more opposite, I had to have one room super Anthro, girly and pink! But I do love the sophisticated feel of the master, gender neutral friendly but some fun pops of flare with the animal print rug.
- Hudson Valley Lighting Scones
- Pottery Barn Bed, ours doesn’t have the nailheads
- Navy Pillows, long gold bolster
- Safavieh Nightstands, Bench, Rug and Console Table
- Pier 1 Velvet Curtains ( I originally looked at West Elm’s but these are more true navy)
My girly wing, aka my favorite crazy colorful part of the house! Below is my sitting area/office space.
- Hudson Valley Lighting
- Pier 1 Curtains
- Joss & Main Blush Chairs
- Joss & Main Faux Fur Rug
- Joss & Main Table and Shelf
- West Elm Pink Wallpaper
- Serena & Lily Headboard (sold out)
- Anthropologie light (purchased at the outlet, @FinalcutGA)
- Joss & Main Pink Ottomans
- Joss & Main Bone inlay Side Table
- Pink Pillows (coming soon!)
- Anthropologie Rug (purchased at the outlet, @FinalcutGA)
- Minted artwork
- Anthropologie 7ft. Mirror (purchased at the outlet, @FinalcutGA)
Again, super rough draft but since we are a little delayed I wanted to show you what I’ve been working on! So excited to get in the space and see it all come together!
