Beauty Finds

January 16, 2014 / Lifestyle

I have heard great things about Fekkai so I decided to give this hair mask a try. Coloring tends to dry your hair out over time and after many years of highlights, I knew my hair finally deserved a little TLC. Using this treatment twice a week has definitely left my hair feeling like a million bucks. I did notice it left my hair oily, so I suggest you rewash your hair in the morning.
All in all, I give it my seal of approval.

This is one of my favorite finds this month. When I ran out of my NARS blush I was in need of a replacement stat. As I was wandering down the beauty aisle in Target I came across this dual E.l.f. blush and bronzer set. Can I just say this little compact of a gem was only, wait for it….$3.00! I suggest you don’t walk but RUN to Target and snag this steal. Sorry NARS its been a fun run but you have been replaced. (E.l.f. Contouring Blush & Bronzer #30708 St. Lucia)

If you keep up with my blog you may know I have a real issue with brushing my locks. I have turned into a eight year old girl with dread locks refusing to use a brush. Let me introduce you to my newest life saver, the Wet brush. This brush is a Christmas miracle, no lie I can actually get through my hair after the shower in less then three strokes. If you have crazy tangles or children you NEED this brush.

I’m new on this Bliss train, but the second I used this mega bar of soap in my girlfriends shower I new I would never want anything else. I’m a huge fan of mint and this mint is to the extreme! This bar is three times the normal bar of soap which means it will last for a long time. Who needs an exfoliating scrub, this textured soap exfoliates, cools and tingles all at the same time.
Soap up, kids!

I’ve had a few requests on what I use for a self tanner and this my loves is the remedy. I don’t use it as often as I should, but when It gets to the point where I’m almost see-through.. I know it’s time. Fake Bake has a few different options like lotion, foam, wipes but this spray is the best. It also comes with a buffer mitt making it easy to evenly apply to your skin. If you use this on your face I would spray it on the mitt first, then apply to your face. Like any other tanning product it does come with a smell and a chance of looking like Snooki so please use at your own risk.

I SWEAR and LOVE this FakeBake self tanner. I only use this one now but I was using the FakeBake airbrush one as well and found that I liked this one a lot better, plus it comes with a mitt which makes life so much easier and STREAK FREE! It’s definitely a holy grail product for me!

    xo Ash,
    Sincerely Miss Ash

I saw this and say a thousand times yes to the ELF contour duo!!! I have Nars Laguna and I find that I need to really dig at the powder to get enough that it will show up (and I’m pale!). This ELF duo has the BEST bronzer – just a quick swipe and blends like a dream for contouring! Great pick! 🙂

Haha I love the self tanner disclaimer. I’m a self tanner addict for sure ( like I could put it on daily if I had the time) but I have’t tried fake bake yet! That will change after my st. tropez is done!

great products! I use the fake bake, and love it too 🙂 Also was just thinking the other day that I need to find a comp for Nars blush, so I’m going to snag that E.l.f. duo!
