This tailored business suit has a barbie doll twist. Inspired by “Legally Blonde” the movie. Instead of the angular traditional lapel I wanted a softer and more feminine appeal. By including the individual scallops in the lapel and the hem of the skirt, the scalloped collar, and the bow on the skirt, it brings a more feminine and fashionista look to the business world. -Whitney Rorah

Whitney is a student at Iowa State University majoring in Apparel Merchandising with a focus in Design. She is currently studying abroad in Florence, Italy for the next few months. She is living every dream of mine, filled with lots of fashion and travel!
The two pieces I have on are both Whitney Rorah Designs , her designs and attention to detail are truly amazing.
I am so proud of her and can’t wait for her designs to hit the runway one day.
