Bellwether Beach Resort will open in St. Pete Beach this summer as a retro-Florida, modern-chic getaway. Playing off of the building’s iconic 1970s architecture, the resort’s newly minted interiors will inspire a sense of nostalgia with its terrazzo tiles, linen textures, neutral and watery palette, and eclectic accessories. Bellwether’s 156 guest rooms and suites, including six spacious penthouses, will surprise with pops of color that reflect the vibrancy of the destination. Bellwether will offer 10,000 square-feet of flexible event space, including two beach locations for wedding ceremonies and six indoor venues for a range of celebrations.
